Complete Mission 103 “Facing the Furfrou League” → 1 Gold Bottle Cap

2. Mable's Research

Reach Level 36 → 10 Bottle Caps

3. Pokémon Center

Vitamins can be purchased with Poké Dollars later in the game.

4. Flower Shops (Mints)

Flower stalls sell Mints for ₽20,000 each.

There are four stalls together west of Wild Zone 3 in Lumiose City.

5. Mega Shards

Exchange Mega Shards for Exp. Candies to boost your party quickly.

6. Sparkling Spots in the City

Feathers and Exp. Candies often appear on glowing spots on the ground. Walking instead of fast traveling increases your chances.

7. Post-Game: Infinite Z-A Royale

The main endgame source of Bottle Caps. Drop rates are low but repeatable.

Also possible to find Bottle Caps in Wild Zone 20.

Final Tips

Training Items are essential for building a strong team. Use Exp. Candies for fast leveling, Vitamins and Feathers for stat optimization, Power Items for EV farming, and Bottle Caps to perfect IVs. Save the rare Gold Bottle Caps for your most important Pokémon.

While most Training Items can be found through missions, shops, and city exploration, getting a steady supply in-game can still take time and luck—especially if you're aiming to perfect multiple Pokémon. If you need a quicker way to fine-tune stats or prepare a competitive team, you can always browse our Held Items collection for reliable options that support efficient training.
