Pokemon Legends Z-A Mint Locations: Where to Buy Mints & What Each One Does
Mints are one of the most efficient ways to fine-tune your Pokémon's stats in Pokémon Legends: Z-A. They let you adjust how a Pokémon's Nature affects its stats—perfect if you caught a great Pokémon with the wrong Nature or want to optimize your team for tougher battles.
Below is a simple breakdown of what Mints do, where to find every Mint stall in Lumiose City, and how to use them.

What Mints Do
Every Pokémon has a Nature that boosts one stat and lowers another. Mints don't change the Nature name itself, but they change how that Nature affects your stats.
So if you want more Speed, pick up a Timid or Jolly Mint. Want a bulkier wall? Go for Bold, Impish, or Careful.
You can use Mints as many times as you want, so you're free to adjust a Pokémon whenever your build changes.
Where to Get Mints
1. Buying From Mint Stalls (the main method)
If you're after a specific Mint, the most reliable way is buying one from a mint stall in Lumiose City. There are nine stalls total, each selling a themed set of Mints.
Every Mint costs ₽20,000, and stalls are easy to spot—they display flowers on the counter.
Here's where each stall is located and what they sell:
Vert Sector 6
(East of Wild Zone 11, north of Restaurant Le Nah)
Speed-oriented Mints: Timid, Hasty, Jolly, Naive, Serious
Rouge Sector 6
(Northeast of Wild Zone 3, south of Wild Zone 4)
Two stalls here:
Stall 1 – Attack-oriented: Lonely / Adamant / Naughty / Brave / Serious
Stall 2 – Sp. Attack-oriented: Modest / Mild / Rash / Quiet / Serious
Rouge Sector 1
(The large market between Café Pokémon-Amie and Wild Zone 3)
This busy marketplace hosts four different stalls:
Stall 1 – Attack-oriented: Lonely / Adamant / Naughty / Brave / Serious
Stall 2 – Defense-oriented: Bold / Impish / Lax / Relaxed / Serious
Stall 3 – Sp. Attack-oriented: Modest / Mild / Rash / Quiet / Serious
Stall 4 – Sp. Defense-oriented: Calm / Gentle / Careful / Sassy / Serious
Magenta Sector 6
(North of Wild Zone 9)
Two more stalls are located here:
Stall 1 – Sp. Defense-oriented: Calm / Gentle / Careful / Sassy / Serious
Stall 2 – Defense-oriented: Bold / Impish / Lax / Relaxed / Serious
2. Sparkling Item Pickups (random)
You can sometimes find Mints on the ground as sparkling items, but the drop chance is low and completely unpredictable. If you need a specific Mint, buy it from a stall instead.
How to Change Your Pokémon's Nature With Mints
Using a Mint is simple and risk-free. Just follow these steps:
- Open your Bag.
- Navigate to the "Other Items" or "Battle Items" section (the exact pocket may vary by game).
- Select the Mint you want to use.
- Choose the Pokémon you wish to affect.
The effect is immediate. You can view the changed stat growth in your Pokémon's summary screen. Best of all, there is no penalty or limit—you can switch Mints anytime to experiment with different builds.
